Account reveal is identifying which company an anonymous demo viewer or website visitor belongs to, usually by resolving their network address against a business-IP database.
Branching demochoose-your-own-path demo · multi-flow demo
A branching demo lets the viewer choose a route partway through — by role, use case, or interest — and shows only the screens relevant to that choice.
Buyer enablement
Buyer enablement is giving prospects the information and tools to make a purchase decision themselves — pricing, demos, comparisons, trials — rather than routing every question through a salesperson.
Completion rate
Completion rate is the share of demo drives that reached the final step, usually expressed as a percentage of drives started.
Demo analytics
Demo analytics are the measurements an interactive demo produces — plays, viewers, completion, time spent, step-by-step reach, call-to-action clicks, leads — and the breakdowns of them by source, device, and account.
Demo automation
Demo automation is the practice — and the software category — of producing and delivering product demos without a salesperson present, using interactive demos, demo videos, or sandboxes that prospects access on demand.

A demo environment is a dedicated instance of a product, separate from production, kept populated with realistic data for showing the product to prospects.
