Glossary

Completion rate.

Completion rate is the share of demo drives that reached the final step, usually expressed as a percentage of drives started.

It is the headline demo metric and the easiest to misread. A short demo on a pricing page can complete at 60%; a twelve-step onboarding walkthrough at 25% may be doing its job. Compare a demo against itself over time and against its own length, not against a benchmark from a different context.

Completion is also an input to lead scoring: a form submitted by someone who then drove to the end is a stronger signal than the same form from someone who left at step two.

In Tellane: Completions are a KPI with a sparkline and a delta against the previous period; per-lead completion feeds the score. See how →
