Glossary
Demo-led growth.
Demo-led growth is a variant of product-led growth in which the interactive demo, rather than a free trial or freemium plan, is the primary way prospects experience the product before buying.
It suits products where a trial is impractical — enterprise software that needs data and configuration to be useful, products with long setup, or regulated tools — and products where the trial exists but shows an empty state. The demo shows the product at its best, configured, with data, in two minutes.
The mechanics: demos on the site and pricing page, personalized links in outbound, demo analytics feeding lead scoring, and the live sales demo reserved for qualified accounts.
In Tellane: Where people park, lead scoring from the drive, and prospect links are the demo-led growth loop in Tellane. See how →
