Account reveal (de-anonymisation).
Account reveal is identifying which company an anonymous demo viewer or website visitor belongs to, usually by resolving their network address against a business-IP database.

Demo tools sell it as the answer to 'who watched?': the drive happened with no form filled, and the vendor's IP-matching partner guesses the company. It works best for large companies on corporate networks and worst for remote workers on home connections, so coverage is partial by nature — and most vendors meter it: Storylane, for example, quotes identified-visitor allowances per month by tier on its pricing page.
The other route to the same answer needs no guessing: attribution by link. A personalized link minted per account attributes every drive on it to that account with certainty, and a lead form ties a drive to a person. Reveal covers the anonymous middle; links and forms cover the deals you are actually working.

Is account reveal GDPR-safe?
Vendors position company-level (not person-level) identification as lower risk, but the answer depends on your jurisdiction, your privacy policy, and the provider's data practices — a question for counsel, not a feature list.
