Glossary

Demo analytics.

Demo analytics are the measurements an interactive demo produces — plays, viewers, completion, time spent, step-by-step reach, call-to-action clicks, leads — and the breakdowns of them by source, device, and account.

The unit is the drive (one viewer's session). From drives come the funnel (how many reached each step), where people park (the step with the largest drop), completion rate, and conversion to the call to action or a form. Sources and referrers say where viewers came from; accounts — from personalized links and lead companies — say who they were.

Ad blockers and very short sessions under-report, so demo numbers are a floor. The comparisons that matter are between steps and between periods, not absolute counts.
