Request-a-demo page.

A request-a-demo page is the website page where a prospect asks to be shown the product — traditionally a form and a calendar, increasingly an interactive demo with the form after it.

Also: book-a-demo page · demo request form

The classic version collects a name, an email, a company size, and a promise that someone will be in touch. Its economics are harsh: everyone not yet ready for a call leaves, and the sales team spends its first meeting doing what a two-minute walkthrough could have done. Conversion on these forms is low precisely because the page asks for time before showing value.

The emerging version inverts the order: the page opens with a demo the visitor drives immediately, and the form — or the calendar — arrives at the end, for the people who finished and want more. The examples pages on this site collect live request-a-demo pages that made the switch, from /demo URLs to dedicated tour centres.

In Tellane: Link the book-a-demo button to a lane, or embed the lane on the page with the calendar link as the last stop's CTA — the call still happens, later and better qualified. See how →

FAQ

One more question

Should the demo replace the form entirely?

Rarely. Keep the form or calendar as the demo's final CTA — the demo qualifies, the call closes. Removing the human path entirely loses the buyers who want one.
