Use case
Give every partner a demo that cannot go off-script.
Partners sell your product without your product knowledge. A lane per play — embedded in the partner portal, minted per partner as a prospect link — keeps the pitch accurate and shows you which partners actually use it.
A reseller's pitch of your product is only as good as their last training session, and their prospects get whatever version of the story survived. A published lane is the fix: the demo that cannot go off-script, drivable by the partner's prospect directly, kept current by you, and — on per-partner links — measured, so partner-team time goes to the partners whose accounts actually drive.
How it works
Step by step
- One lane per partner playThe co-sell motion usually has two or three standard stories — the integration play, the migration play. Build each as a lane; partners pick, not improvise.
- Embed them in the partner portalWhatever the portal runs on — Notion, Confluence, a CMS — the embed guides cover it. The partner enablement page becomes drivable instead of a PDF library.
- Mint a prospect link per partnerEach partner gets their own link to forward. Every drive on it is attributed to that partner — your partner-sourced pipeline, measured at the demo stage.
- Let partners send it, not present itThe lane survives being forwarded to the end customer untouched; a slide deck does not. The partner's job shrinks to the intro and the close.
- Update centrally on each releaseRe-capture changed stops once; every partner's embed and link serves the new version immediately. No re-training cycle.

Drive a lane
What you learn
What the analytics show
- Drives per partner link — which partners actually put the demo in front of accounts
- Completion and parking stop for partner-sourced drives versus direct
- Leads from partner-link drives, tagged to the partner's accounts
- Completed-drive alerts on strategic partners' links
Plan
Growth — prospect links and lead forms are Growth features, and partner programs need several lanes.
FAQ
Questions
Can partners edit the lanes?
Not unless you seat them: lanes are edited by workspace members. Most programs want exactly that — partners drive and share, the vendor maintains.
How is this different from giving partners a video?
The link is forwardable like a video but drivable and measured: you see which partner's accounts engaged and where they parked, which a video view count cannot tell you.
