Integration · Slack
Slack and Tellane.
Two events, one channel: a new lead with its score and drive summary, and a target account reaching the end of a lane.
Plan: Growth. The webhook URL is encrypted at rest.
Exactly what moves
What the integration does
- New lead: name or email, company, lane, intent, score, stops reached, CTA, and a link to the lead in Tellane.
- Lane completed by a target account: a prospect-link or lead-form drive reaching the CTA or the last stop — once per session — with the account, lane, outcome, time spent, and a link.
- Each event can be switched on or off independently on the integration card.
- Posts never block the player: a Slack failure is logged, not surfaced to the viewer.
Setup
Connect it
- In Slack, create an incoming webhook for the channel you want (Slack app → Incoming Webhooks → Add to workspace).
- In Tellane, Settings → Integrations → Slack: paste the webhook URL. Tellane sends a verification post; a refused hook is rejected with the reason.
- Choose which events post, and press Test for a sample message.
FAQ
Questions
Can different lanes post to different channels?
One webhook per workspace today. Route by lane inside Slack with a workflow, or use Zapier for per-lane routing.
Does it post every play?
No — only leads and completed drives by named accounts. Play volume goes to analytics, not to Slack.
