Plans

• Growth — $39 per seat per month billed yearly, or $49 monthly: unlimited lanes, branching, lead forms, prospect links, full analytics, integrations, no badge.
• Fleet — everything in Growth plus SSO, unlimited workspaces, roles and audit log, dedicated onboarding. Talk to us.

The trial

Every new workspace starts a 14-day Growth trial with 5 seats, no card. Admins are emailed three days before it ends. When it ends without a subscription the workspace moves to Free: members stay, nothing is deleted, lanes beyond the first pause until you upgrade, and inviting more seated members waits until you are within the limit.

Subscribing

Settings → Billing → Pick your lane: choose seats and monthly or yearly, and the checkout opens in an overlay. Paddle is the merchant of record — they take the card, issue the invoice, and handle tax. The plan activates the moment payment clears.

Seats

Change the seat count any time; the difference is prorated on the next invoice. Seats in use are counted on the same page.

Cancelling and resuming

Cancel schedules the end at the current period; Growth stays on until then and Resume undoes it. After the period ends the workspace is on Free, with everything intact.

Invoices, card, and email

Invoices are listed with PDFs. Update opens the Paddle customer portal to change the card. The billing email — where invoices and payment notices go — can differ from your account email. If a payment fails, Growth stays on while Paddle retries and admins are emailed; if it keeps failing the workspace moves to Free.
