The short answer

What the price list means

Walnut publishes two prices and a quote tier, all billed annually. Ignite is $575 a month for three editor seats and three presenter seats; Accelerate is $1,550 a month for six and six; Scale is custom. There is no free plan and no trial on the pricing page. Demos are unlimited on every plan, and each tier bundles AI credits and professional-services hours. It is priced for sales organisations that run demos on calls, and it shows: a single marketer pays for three editor seats whether or not they are used.

What decides the real bill

  • No free plan or trial — evaluation means a conversation and a contract.
  • Annual billing only; the minimum commitment is $6,900.
  • Seats come in fixed bundles (3 + 3, 6 + 6); a fourth editor means Accelerate, which more than doubles the price.
  • A seventh editor means Scale, which is quoted.

When to pay it

When Walnut is worth the price

  • Sales engineering teams that present live and want editable data, playbooks, and deal rooms in one tool.
  • Companies that value bundled professional services and quarterly business reviews.

And when it is not: anyone who wants to try before talking to sales — there is no free plan or trial; marketing teams that only need a website demo; teams under three editors.
