Embed · Webflow
Embed an interactive demo in Webflow.
Put a Tellane lane on a Webflow page with the Embed element: the exact steps, the sizing that works in a Webflow section, and what to check before publishing.
Where it goes: A section on the homepage, a product page, or the pricing page; often in a two-column layout beside the copy.
The snippet
One iframe
The share modal generates this for your lane; the example uses a placeholder address.
<iframe src="https://acme.tellane.com/l/pipelines-tour" width="100%" height="640" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Steps
In Webflow
- In Tellane, open the lane → Share → copy the Embed snippet.
- In the Webflow Designer, open the Add panel (the + icon) and drag an Embed element (under Advanced) into the section.
- Paste the snippet into the code editor and press Save & Close.
- Select the Embed element and set its width to 100% in the Style panel; the iframe's height attribute sets the height.
- Publish, then open the live page and drive the lane once.
Proof
This is what the embed looks like
A lane embedded on this page, the same way yours will be on Webflow. Drive it.

If it doesn't work
What breaks, and the fix
- The Embed element shows a placeholder in the Designer. Webflow renders custom code only on the published site or in Preview; the grey box in the Designer is expected.
- The player is letterboxed or cut off on phones. Keep width="100%" and set height to 640 on desktop; for a fixed 16:10 box wrap the iframe in a div with aspect-ratio: 16 / 10 and give the iframe height: 100%.
- A 'Made with Tellane' badge shows on the demo. Free-plan lanes carry the badge; Growth removes it under Settings → Workspace.
FAQ
Questions
Does this need a paid Webflow plan?
The Embed element is available in the Designer on free workspaces; custom code in a live site needs a Site plan, which any published Webflow site already has.
